According to this article from TechCrunch.com, Goodies.co will be shut down over the next few weeks. I have really enjoyed this subscription, and so I am pretty bummed to hear the news. :-(

I loved them in the beginning, but I think the boxes have been pretty bad for months now, so I am not too upset...makes the cancel decision easy for me :)
