DeleteIt's basically for people that have either very thin lifeless hair, it adds volume to the hair and makes it look thicker. But the reason I'm upset with it, is because of you're a curly or kinky girl, this will just leave you with knots, besides which, you probably don't need volume. I was just thinking to myself, why they even bother with the profiles of you're gonna send everyone the same thing, even the people that can't use it.
DeleteOoooooooooohhhh....that does stink for you. And it does not even say that it is an either/or product. I have thin hair (but a lot of it) so more volume is a bonus but there are a lot of subscribers that this product would not suit. What are they thinking?

DeleteIt is honestly pretty darn thoughtless. I totally understand your annoyance. It is a move that so easily could blow up in their face.
DeleteI think they get so excited by the summer that they're all, let's give the girls beachy stuff, but in doing that they forget that not all the subscribers have straight hair, or very long hair. It's like they don't ever look at the comments on their Facebook page, I promise you at least half the girls posting have some sort of curls, from wavy to tight.
DeleteMy nieces have thick hair and if you added a volumizing product to their hair they would look like walking puffballs. There are just way too many people that would find this product useless.
